Script Consulting by Tim Albaugh

As a producer, writer and teacher at UCLA, the top screenwriting school in the country, I know what makes a good screenplay; one that stands out amongst the thousands of scripts out there. When I agree to consult on your project, you’ll get the same professional insight my students receive, all based on my expertise as a professional writer/producer with over 15 years of experience in the business.

For $500, I will read your script as if it were my own. No book-worn theories from gurus who’ve never sold a script, let alone had a film produced. I will make very specific comments about character, story, structure, dialogue, theme, conflict and commercial viability. You’ll receive a phone consultation along with detailed notes.

If you’d like me to read a subsequent draft of the same script the fee is $300.

My hourly rate for phone consultations is $100 per hour with a one-hour minimum.

My turnaround time is, on average 2-3 weeks, and major credit cards are accepted through PayPal.
